2. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your app store account.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Apple App Store Refunds: Must be requested directly through Apple.
• Google Play Refunds: Must be requested via your Google account.
• We do not handle or override refund decisions from Apple or Google.
• Cancellation will apply at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or harmful activities.
• Violate any local or international laws.
• Attempt to access restricted features or data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, and code in the app are the property of Buy Elite. You may not reproduce or exploit them without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the app "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE/Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
